A unique, innovative solution to the region’s energy challenges
During the past 40 years, LNG ships have delivered more than 45,000 cargoes worldwide without a release of LNG due to a cargo tank failure.
What is LNG?
Liquefied natural gas, or LNG, is the liquid form of the same natural gas used to heat homes, fuel businesses and generate electricity.
Cooled to minus 260 degrees Fahrenheit, natural gas becomes a liquid, occupying about
600 times less space than it occupied as a gas.
Odorless and nontoxic, LNG is stored at atmospheric pressure inside specially designed tanks.
